Temple Baptist Church Updates

v Mission Moultrie is a day to pray on the Square, on Tuesday, November 16 th . If you would like to read scripture or honor someone with your reading, contact Deborah Brinson to sign up for a certain time.

v   The Gospel Project has a new outreach for the months of October and November. We are collecting regular size or pocket size hand sanitizer, hand lotion, and Clorox wipes for our nurses and teachers. Our goal is 150 items. Thank you in advance.

v   Unified 127 Youth will be having a field trip to a corn maze on Saturday 10-23-21. They will meet at the social hall at 5pm for dinner. More details to follow. They will also be having a special 5 th Sunday sermon on 10/31/21 at 6pm in the cemetery across the road.

v   We are beginning a prayer initiative at Temple. Different topics of prayer will be addressed October-December. Years ago, Temple dedicated herself to prayer and we would like to rededicate ourselves to that powerful gift that God has given us. Our first corporate prayer service will be October 24th during the PM service. Please join us as we devote ourselves to prayer as the first church in Acts did.  “They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:42
