  • The menu for church this Wednesday night will be baked spaghetti, salad, toast and chocolate poke cake.  Please join us!
  •  It is not too late to join the Women’s step study group that meet on Wednesdays. If you would like to join, contact Jenn Edmonds for more info.

  • SAVE THE MINISTRY DATE! Temple has been asked to host the Packer’s football team breakfast on Oct. 14th. It’s a great opportunity to serve our community. Help is needed from 5:30am to 10am, so please text Betty Pittman at 429-3975.
  •    We will be having our annual Fall Festival on October 26th. It will be from 6:30-8:30 pm. We will be taking up donations for individually wrapped candy and bagged chips! Also, there is a sign-up sheet for those who would like to run a booth or trunk!

  • The Wednesday Word Warriors are doing a canned food ministry. All proceeds will go to the food bank the week before Thanksgiving for those in need. Our goal is 250 items.
  •  
  • Adult choir will practice this evening at 5:00pm in the chapel. It is not too late to join. If you have questions call Dale Storrusten at 873-0555.
  •  We are expanding the announcement hosts to include non-married male/female couples. Therefore thosewithout spouses can participate. For more information, please contact Beth Tilson at 229-873-0129.

MISSION: 24-7 PRAYER ROOM

Temple Baptist Church, along with other Colquitt County churches, has been invited to participate in the new "MISSION: 24-7 PRAYER ROOM" vision. This is an international, interdenominational prayer movement with over 25,000 prayer rooms in 78 nations who share a vision to revive the church and bring the lost to Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Colquitt County will kick off our involvement during Holy Week, Monday, March 25 at 12:00AM through Monday, April 1st, 12:00 AM. Temple has been asked to cover Thursday, March 28th, 12:00 AM until Friday, March 29, 12:00 AM. Thursday is the same day we are signed up for the Bible Reading on the Square. If you prefer, you can pray with someone during your chosen hour slot. The mission, going forward after Holy Week, is to hopefully keep the prayer room occupied every day with praying servants.
