Making People A Priority
We ask God to guide us in making new believers and members a priority in prayer and contact.
Grow Spiritually
We ask God to guide us with our commitment to grow spiritually this year. Gain insight into victorious living by denying self, in favor of walking in obedience to God's Word in your daily life. Meditate on how His ways and thoughts are infinitely higher than ours, and commit to walk in accordance with them.
Be Peacemakers
We ask God to guide us to discipline ourselves to be peacemakers so as to further promote unity among the body, which in turn glorifies the Prince of Peace, the Lord Jesus Christ!
Be Grateful for the Open Door
We ask God to guide us to recognize and be grateful for the “open door” the Lord Jesus has set before us in all our ministries. Join in helping us to be good stewards of that open door and the people who walk through it.
Guide Us As Teachers
We ask God to guide us as teachers to recognize your high calling and responsibility. Pray. Labor in the Word. Meditate on and ponder it. Invest the time needed to be able to listen carefully for the Spirit to speak and teach you; and then come share what you've learned with passion and conviction.
Prayer Life
We ask God to guide us in our commitment to ourselves for a more disciplined and consistent prayer life and to intercessory prayer.
Guide Us To Serve
We ask God to guide us to take a step of faith and serve in an area of ministry if you don't already. All born again believers have been given a gift by the indwelling Holy Spirit to exercise both within and outside the church in a special way!
Be Grateful
We ask God to guide us to be grateful! Our hearts should overflow with gratitude! The Lord Jesus is worthy of our highest praise and worship. Ponder Who He is, what He's done, what He's doing and what He's promised. We are a blessed people!
